1. Complete set of student's father and mother passport copies, and the student's passport copy.

2. Valid Iqama copy.

3. Original report cards of the past three years from the last school attended which are officially authenticated.

4. Introduction letter from the guardian's sponsor.

5. Photocopies of entry visa.

6. Copy of vaccination card.

7. Copy of Birth Certificate.

8. Original Approval from the ministry.

Appointments are required to see the Principal, coordinators or teachers. Appointments are arranged by the Secretary in the administration office.

Admission Requirements:

Admissions are done based on the placement exam result and availability of space. A student seeking admission to class 2 through 12 should appear for a placement exam in English & Math and achieve a passing grade of 50% . The placement exam will test students in the material covered in the previous class. However for students of grade 1 and KG3 the admission based on an interview with the coordinator of the concerned section.

 

Conditional Admission:

The students who do not score a passing grade in the placement exam but have high grades in the educational records of previous school will be given conditional admission on receipt of an undertaking from the parent. The student will be required to measure up to the grade level standards within a stipulated time.

Parents can register the students only after the placement test results and on submitting a complete set of required documents. (See attachment).

A non refundable registration fee of SR 1000 should be paid at the time of registration.

 

Re-enrollment Fees:

To ensure a place for the following academic year, a re-enrollment fee of SR 500= should be paid at the end of current academic year. This amount will be adjusted towards the tuition fees of the following year, students who fail to re-enroll will not be guaranteed a place.

 

Age Requirements:

The minimum age requirement for the school is set by the Education Ministry of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The date of birth fixed by the ministry is strictly adhered to. This date will change each year.

In order for a child to be enrolled in grade 1, the child must be six years of age before the first day of the academic year.

 

Student transfer:

Students transferring from other National or International schools should submit a clearance form issued by the previous school and the approval number from the Ministry of Education.

At the time of registration, a student health form should be filled giving all the required details and mentioning any medical conditions or allergies. This form will be kept in the student’s file and referred to as and when needed.

  3. Submit the required documents within two weeks of the announcement of the placement exam result.
